Brief Description: Alpha is a course designed for all people from all walks of life. During Alpha we discuss the bigger questions of life, like: Why am I here? What's my purpose? Where am I heading? Is there more to life than this? We all have these questions, but rarely the time to think them through; that's why Alpha exists. Alpha is a place to explore life's big questions in an open and safe environment. It's a series of sessions where anyone can share their thoughts and opinions without the fear of being judged.
We always begin with a meal so we can get to know each other in a casual situation. Next, we'll watch an Alpha talk. The talks are designed to create and engage conversation, and they explore big issues of faith from a Christain perspective. After the talk, is time for discussion - the most essential part of Alpha. It allows everyone to share their opinions on the ideas presented in the talks. This is a time for people with different thoughts, beliefs, and experiences to ask honest questions and have open conversations.
